Where Precision Meets Performance:
At Bike Fit Papa, we believe a bike fit is more than just a series of measurements—it is the fusion of human biomechanics and mechanical engineering. While most shops offer a "quick adjust," we provide a comprehensive laboratory environment dedicated to the individual athlete.
We utilize the industry-leading Velogicfit system soon to be paired with gebiomized pressure mapping to visualize the "invisible" forces between you and your machine. By combining data-driven analysis with a deep understanding of structural anatomy, we eliminate the guesswork. Whether you are a podium-seeking triathlete or a club rider looking to enjoy 100 miles pain-free, our mission is to make your bike feel like a natural extension of your body.
The Gold Standard of Expertise:
As an IBFI Certified Studio, we adhere to international standards of excellence. Our process doesn't just look at the bike; it analyzes how your unique physiology interacts with it under load.
Raymond (Papa) Slush
Founder & Lead Fitter | IBFI Certified
Most people see a bicycle; Papa Slush sees a complex biomechanical puzzle. With over a decade of dedication to the craft of bike fitting, Papa Slush has traveled the country to learn from the world’s most renowned experts.
The journey began with the Serotta International Cycling Institute (SICI), mastering the foundational Level 1 and 2 structural methodologies. Seeking to bridge the gap between road and multisport, Papa Slush trained under Dan Empfield at the F.I.S.T. (Fit Institute Slow Twitch) academy in California to become a certified tri-fit specialist.
To truly master the "human" side of the equation, Papa Slush continued his education with Paraic McGlynn at CycloLogic, specializing in advanced biomechanics. Today, Papa Slush leverages this world-class education alongside Velogicfit technologyand soon with gebiomized pressure mapping to solve the most stubborn fit issues.
"My goal isn't just to make you 'fit' on a bike. It’s to optimize your power, protect your longevity, and ensure that the only thing you're thinking about on your ride is the road ahead—not your saddle or your shoes."
