My name is Paul K. Smith. I have been a physical therapist for 16 years. My specialty is in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation. My passion for cycling has lead me to also become a certified bike fitter with Bike Fitness Coaching and International Bike Fitting Institute. I have been helping coach our local NICA MTB team since 2020. I am also the official bike fitter for the local college MTB team at USU Eastern. When combining my skills as a bike fitter and a physical therapist it places me in a very unique position to help a cyclist decrease pain, or prevent pain while riding so it is more enjoyable.
