I have worked as a Physiotherapist in the Musculoskeletal and Sports Injury sector since the start of my clinical practice in 2019. In this time, I have developed an in-depth range of sports injury management expertise from working in specialised services across the United Kingdom.

In my time at LDN PHYSIO, I have combined my love for cycling and passion for Physiotherapy to develop my skills as a clinical bike fitter. My focus is on taking a holistic approach; considering all factors that allow an individual to ride more comfortably and efficiently.

I aim to combine a specialised bike fitting session with up to date sports injury and performance insights so the session leaves individuals feeling fully informed and listened to.

As an avid cyclist and keen cycling bikepacker, I understand the importance of getting the right set up and what a huge difference this can make.
