Primary Contact Details:
Thomas has spent more than 20 years helping cyclists ride more comfortably, efficiently, and confidently through an evidence-informed approach to bike fitting. His experience includes university research in exercise physiology and biomechanics, university-level teaching in anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology, and serving as an international bike fit instructor, educating fitters around the world. During 15 years on the manufacturing side of the cycling industry, he also had the privilege of working alongside—and learning from—many of the world's leading bike fitters.
Recognizing that the human body extends beyond the bicycle, Thomas pursued extensive clinical training outside the cycling industry, earning licensure in manual therapy and advanced clinical assessment to deepen his understanding of human movement, structural function, and the underlying causes of cycling-related discomfort. By combining academic research, clinical expertise, and decades of practical fitting experience, he brings a comprehensive, rider-centered perspective to every fit.
